      On the 27th, Liu Bing, member of the Party Committee and Minister of the Party and Mass Work Department, made a detailed interpretation of the "Regulations on the Education and Management of Communist Party Members of the Communist Party of China", and made a central speech in combination with the company's party members' education and training work; Liu Yuanguo, deputy general manager of the company, made a speech on the "Regulations on the Work of Communist Party Branches of the Communist Party of China" Interpretation, combined with the management case of the party branch of the Qatar project and the work manual for the standardized construction of grass-roots party branches recently released by SINOMACH, made a central speech on "how to promote grass-roots party building work".
