From October 19th to 22nd, the Beijing China Construction Association Certification Expert Group conducted a re-certification audit on the company's quality, environment, and occupational health and safety management systems. Through a comprehensive evaluation of the operation of the company's management system, they agreed to pass the management system certification and spoke highly of the operation of the company's system.

At the first meeting, the audit team clearly explained the audit purpose, audit criteria, schedule and audit team work, and made a confidentiality commitment on behalf of the audit team. Comrade Wang Chengjun, secretary of the company's general party branch and chairman of the board, delivered a welcome speech on behalf of the company. At the same time, he hoped that through this external audit, problems, deficiencies and continuous improvement could be found, so that the company's "three-body and four-standard" management system would be continuously improved and the management level would be improved. The "Three Body and Four Standards" re-certification audit lasted four days, and conducted on-site audits on the company's leadership, nine functional departments and the Shanghai Normal University Student Comprehensive Development and Modern Service Center project. The audit team collected a large amount of management evidence in various regions through discussions, information access, and project site inspections.

At the last meeting, the audit team spoke highly of the company's leadership team's work in corporate transformation and upgrading and promoting high-quality development in recent years. At the same time, the audit team gave valuable suggestions for the improvement of the company's management system from a professional perspective from the company's future market positioning and development, strengthening the standardization of construction site project management, and clarifying the company's management structure and functional positioning.
