Introduction

On the morning of December 18, the first member representative meeting of the first trade union of SINOCONST (Shanghai) Steel Structure Co., Ltd. was held in the company headquarters, and the first trade union committee and audit committee were successfully elected.

There were 33 member representatives who were supposed to attend the conference, 4 were asked for leave due to business reasons, and 29 actually attended the meeting. The actual attendance exceeded two-thirds of the delegates who were supposed to attend the meeting, which met the prescribed number.

The conference kicked off when all the staff stood up and sang the "National Anthem of the People's Republic of China". Subsequently, in accordance with the Trade Union Law of the People's Republic of China and the Articles of Association of the Chinese Trade Union, the 29 member representatives of the General Assembly raised their hands and voted in turn to pass the "Election Measures", the list of scrutineers and the list of candidates. Conscientious and standardized” principle, strictly followed the general election procedure, and elected members of the first trade union committee and fund review committee by secret ballot.

Comrade Wang Chengjun, secretary of the company's general party branch and chairman of the board, delivered a concluding speech, not only fully affirming the efforts of the trade union preparatory team and all the delegates, but also placing high hopes on the first trade union committee, hoping that the future trade union work can serve the employees and the masses; Embody the legitimate will of employees and protect the legitimate rights and interests of employees; stimulate the passion and vitality of the majority of cadres and employees to start a business, and actively strive for excellence.

At the same time, Comrade Wang Chengjun asked all trade union members and members of the Fund Review Committee to strengthen their studies, continuously enhance their professional knowledge and trade union knowledge, care about national policies and policies, improve the level of political participation and deliberation, improve the ability of democratic management and democratic supervision, and provide better services.
