On April 17, the first meeting of the 2020 Safety Production Committee of SINOCONST was held in the senior conference room on the fifth floor of the company. The meeting was chaired by Comrade Wang Chengjun, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board and Director of the Safety Committee. Members of the Safety Committee, members of the Safety Committee Office and project managers in Shanghai region attended the meeting on site, while other project managers participated in the meeting by video link. The safety committee was divided into four agendas.

3. Discussion of the safety committee members on the problems of the company's production safety management

Sun Junfeng, the person in charge of the Safety Production Department, reported to the meeting on the company's safety production work in 2019, analyzed the problems in the safety production work in 2019, put forward the key work of safety production in 2020, and requested to put people first, strengthen the sense of responsibility, and implement the responsibility system of safety production for all staff to ensure the smooth operation of the company's safety production work in 2020.

Comrade Wang Chengjun, director of the Safety Committee, made a declaration of the "Work Points of the Department of Engineering Quality and Safety Supervision of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development in 2020" and the "Work Plan of Special Action for Quality and Efficiency Improvement in 2020 of China Machine Construction" issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development on April 8, and put forward requirements for the work of safety production in 2020:

2. Continuously promote the integration of party building and production safety work

3. With the help of 2020 Production Safety Month, focus on various production safety issues

4. Focus on the safe production management of dangerous and large projects

5. Ensure the safety of the company's engineering projects and epidemic prevention and control
