The leaders of SINOCONST were invited to attend the capping ceremony of the Shanghai Henderson Xuhui Riverside Project

Shanghai Henderson Xingyang West Bank Center Project (hereinafter referred to as "Henderson Project") is located in the core area of Xuhui Riverside Area. The project consists of a 61-storey super high-rise main building, a 4-storey podium and a 3-storey basement with a height of 280 meters. The tallest building in the area is under construction. The project is invested and constructed by Shanghai Yiji Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., and the general contract management of Shanghai Construction Engineering First Construction Group. China Machinery Construction (Shanghai) Steel Structure Co., Ltd., as a professional steel structure contractor, participates in all the structural construction of the project. After the project is completed, it will become a new landmark building in Xuhui Riverside Area, adding another beautiful landscape to Xuhui Riverside Area.

       On July 15, Comrade Wang Chengjun, Chairman, General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Zhongji Steel, was invited to participate in the capping ceremony held by the First Construction Group at the project site. Also present at the capping ceremony was Huo Yongquan, General Manager of Shanghai Area of Shanghai Yiji Real Estate Co., Ltd. And the project leader Hu Xuanqing, Shanghai Construction Engineering First Construction Group President Yu Jianqiang, First Construction Group General Manager Hua Li and other leaders.

       At 9:18 in the morning, the capping ceremony officially started. Cao Jianzhong, the project manager of the general contractor of the Henderson Project, used a set of big data images to illustrate how the Henderson Project has evolved from a barren land more than 2 years ago to a skyscraper now: 848 days after the start of construction, nearly 15,000 tons of steel structure hoisting operations were completed, and steel bars were used. The volume is nearly 30,000 tons, the concrete is poured nearly 150,000 cubic meters, the tower crane climbs nearly 50 times, and the tower crane and construction elevator work for more than 15 hours a day.

       Afterwards, Comrade Wang Chengjun had a cordial conversation with Mr. Yu and Mr. Hua of the First Construction Group. Mr. Yu of the First Construction Group proposed that in the future cooperation between the two parties should give full play to the advantages of the steel structure processing capacity and on-site installation capacity of Zhongji, and discuss new opportunities and new models for the development of cooperation between the two parties. .

       After the capping ceremony, Comrade Wang Chengjun had an in-depth communication with the project management team in the form of a mass symposium, to understand everyone's work and living conditions, and to give care and love to employees with family difficulties. At the same time, three requirements are put forward for the later work of the project department:

1. Safety work must always be put in the first place, and the work in the finishing stage should be scattered, let alone be careless, and safety inspections should be routine;

2. Sort out the content of follow-up work, write off item by item, and avoid omission of rework;

3. Pay attention to the arrangement of engineering data, and the data should be handed over to the archives as the goal.
